Injured Iraqis receive treatment in U.S. Sister City

18 October 2010 - One month ago two Iraqis and three family members arrived in Minneapolis, MN in order to receive donated medical treatment organized by the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project (IARP). API Member leads Palestinian non-violent Peace Day celebrations

25 september 2010 In honor of World Peace Day, Ali Abu Awwad, Ara Pacis Council Member and a leader of the Palestinian non-violent movement, organized together with local leaders from Nabi Saleh a day of social action. The villagers of Nabi Saleh, located northwest of Ramallah, and Israeli and international activists came together to celebrate Peace Day with street clean-ups, photo exhibitions, non-violent demonstrations, and inspirational music and traditional Palestinian dance under the Peace Tent.
